BCBA Supervisor Lead Teacher Barnstable MA

This full-time Lead Special Educator position offers leadership opportunities, professional growth, and access to NECC’s nationally recognized clinical and educational expertise.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train and supervise a classroom team using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based instruction.
- Develop and manage IEPs and oversee individualized programming
- Mentor and coach paraeducators
- Collaborate with general education teachers, school leaders and families to provide quality inclusion opportunities for the learners in the classroom.
- Work closely with families and offer continuous support

- Small classroom size (approximately 7 students, 1:1 support staff)

What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree preferred
- Special education license (or reciprocity eligibility)
- Demonstrated proficiency in the application of the principles of ABA.
- America Red Cross CPR certification completion through the agency within 6 months of employment
- Prior supervisory experience
- Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills and proven leadership ability
- Reliable transportation
