Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the business performance of securities trading and structured investments according to the bank's strategic objectives and annual key performance indicators
• Drive the regulatory licensing process and fulfil the regulatory standards (HKEX, SFC & HKMA)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and deliver product related projects; continuously review and manage the digital user experience to ensure customer journey is delightful
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into business requirements for building the IT and operational infrastructure; perform UAT of the relevant projects
• Perform business & platform management duties and ongoing monitoring in collaboration with Settlement/Operation and Compliance
• Prepare and update policy and procedure to ensure the business is conducted in line with the latest regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in banking and finance industry
• HKSI, CFP or CFA professional qualifications will be given priority consideration
• Possess strong business mindset and analytical skills
