Description
Step into the role of Campaign Management Lead for Checking & Savings Marketplaces, where your vision and leadership will shape impactful marketing strategies. Your work will directly influence how customers discover and choose our deposit products, fueling growth and engagement.As a Vice President on the Digital Shopping team, you will work closely with internal and external partners to bring creative campaigns to life across our public and authenticated checking marketplaces. You will drive continuous optimization of creative assets through rigorous experimentation and data-driven insights. In addition, you will lead SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Geographic Optimization) strategies to ensure our deposit marketplace pages are highly discoverable and relevant across digital channels. Your leadership will help maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention by delivering innovative, compelling experiences.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and execute the vision for deposit marketplace experiences, focusing on both public and authenticated environments.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management for checking product marketplaces, optimizing for growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including product, analytics, technology, and compliance-to align on objectives and deliver best-in-class experiences.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies across all campaigns and experiences.
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategy and maintain a leadership position in digital banking.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring all initiatives enhance the customer journey.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, delivering results within tight deadlines.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, analytics, finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management, preferably in financial services.
- Proven track record of leading marketplace or product marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience with digital product launches and campaign optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong partnerships across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation abilities.
