Description
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationship with SOEs and large enterprises to develop Equity and Bond primary & secondary trading and financing opportunities including margin financing, bond repo, structure notes, etc.；
- Execute trading instruction and financing projects, prepare investment proposal, financing report and other materials related；
- Collaborate and cooperate with internal departments to explore other investment and financing business opportunities and provide comprehensive products proposal to clients；
- Perform account Opening and KYC related work；
- Consolidate and prepare business data and materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of above in Finance or related discipline;
- 7 years or above work experience in Corporate Sales or Relationship Management of Corporates;
- Knowledge in Fixed Income, equity-linked products, etc.;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to form effective working relationships;
- Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
- Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; Both written and verbal communication skills;
- Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
