We are looking for an APAC institutional sales to cover the full spectrum of multi asset funds in both open and close end structure. You will join a team of 5, manage existing networks of intermediaries and distribution channels and support the direct sales for APAC institutions (i.e. pension funds, SWF, endowments, etc)

About your role

1. Business Generation: Originate and secure new asset management opportunities acrossAsian private banks, wealth managers, and intermediary channels.
2. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing distribution partners, delivering premium post-sale service to maximize client retention.
3. Strategic Advising: Conduct consultative, solutions-based discussions regarding portfolio construction, asset allocation, and AQR's quantitative investment strategies.
4. Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with regional colleagues and global portfolio management, research, and client service teams to support product development and business strategy.

What you will need to succeed

1. Experience: 7-10 years of wealth management client-facing experience, with a proven track record of asset raising in Asia.
2. Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of equities, liquid alternatives (hedge funds), and systematic/quantitative investment methodologies.
3. Network & Language: An established network within the Asian private banking ecosystem.
4. Full professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.
