Used Car Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
Handle wholesale deal paperwork
Manage ownership's, licensing, and registration documentation
Write detail vehicle descriptions for online listings on portals
Take photographs of used vehicles to accompany online listings.
Assist the General Manager in listing vehicles for sale on other platforms.
Facilitate occasional dealer trades, which may involve traveling to other dealerships locally.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all used car inventory.
Enter all purchased/sold used cars into dealership inventory database system
Assist with OMVIC compliance and regulatory requirements
Communicate with sales team, customers, and external partners
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Previous dealership or automotive admin experience preferred
Strong knowledge of used vehicle processes and documentation
Familiarity with OMVIC regulations is an asset
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
