Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and foster business growth.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborating with internal teams to structure and deliver customized financial products and services.
• Conducting market research to identify opportunities and stay informed about financial services industry trends.
• Managing the end-to-end sales process, including client presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
• Preparing and presenting regular sales performance reports to senior management.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members to enhance overall team performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• A degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in corporate sales within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and solutions.
