Today, we are a strong community of 2,400+ professionals and a reliable partner for global industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies.The main objective of the Team Coordinator is to support service delivery, predominantly for outstaff service delivery. The role serves as the company representative for the team and is pivotal in ensuring smooth cooperation on an operational level with stakeholders from the customer side. This professional must be based in Colombia.
Key Responsibilities:
Communications:
- Organize and facilitate team meetings.
- Prepare and share Meeting Minutes (MoMs) for important meetings.
- Ensure timely and appropriate escalations.
- Facilitate information, knowledge, and news sharing within the team.
- Provide periodic status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with other company functions as needed.
Staffing & Onboarding:
- Facilitate and support team staffing in cooperation with senior management and HR.
- Support onboarding of new team members.
- Assist during management interviews (project selling, English/motivation checks) under senior management supervision.
- Coordinate client interviews and feedback communication.
People Management:
- Ensure team members feel integrated and valued within the company.
- Develop and maintain the Team Availability Calendar (for vacations, day-offs, leaves, etc.) and gain approval from the Customer and other stakeholders.
- Monitor team morale and provide assistance as needed.
- Propose and implement team-building activities.
Stakeholders Management:
- Define and document relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor stakeholder engagement through regular meetings and feedback sessions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and implement corrective actions if needed.
Risk Management:
- Identify and monitor risks in collaboration with senior management.
Quality & Documentation:
- Support adherence to company standard processes and policies.
- Manage team/project documentation and facilitate sharing with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation is stored in the correct repository and accessible to team members.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Basic training in team/project management and leadership.
- Basic training in agile frameworks and techniques.
- Experience in software development/engineering/outsourcing preferred.
- Technical background preferred.
Specialized Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and project specifics.
- Understanding of predictive and adaptive SDLC methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Motivation to tackle new challenges and grow.
- Service-oriented with attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence to build trust.
- Good facilitation skills.
Certifications:
- Any project management certification/studies (required).
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
