Technical Product Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

• Produktportfolio-Überwachung und Ergänzung nach Markterfordernissen in Abstimmung mit dem strategischen Produktmanagement
• Ausarbeitung, Formulierung und Überwachung von Entwicklungsaufträgen
• Erstellung von Marktlastenheften auf Basis von Wettbewerbs- und Marktbetrachtungen
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Produktlasten- und -pflichtenheften
• Aktive Teilnahme an Entwicklungsprojekten zur Sicherstellung der Umsetzung marktrelevanter Anforderungen sowie Support des Continuation Managements bei Pflege und Verwaltung von Teilen des aktuellen Produktprogrammes
• Unterstützung des Produkt Marketing Managers bei Markteinführung neuer Produkte sowie Schulung des Vertriebes zu den betreuten Produkten
• Produkt-Controlling, laufende Überwachung der Umsatz-, Deckungsbeitrags-Ergebnisse und Marktanteil-Entwicklung

Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in Entwicklung oder Produktmanagement in der Automatisierungstechnik
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement bzw. technischen Marketing
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und interkulturelles Einfühlungsvermögen
• Kreativität, Zielstrebigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
• Koordinations- und Organisationsgeschick
• Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
