About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead our Platform & Integration Competence Center.
The Technical Product Manager - Platform & Integration owns the shared platform capabilities that enable secure data management, identity and access control, and scalable integrations across the product portfolio. The role ensures that products can connect reliably with each other and with customer or partner systems through standardized APIs, gateway capabilities, and integration patterns.
You will work at the intersection of Product, GTM, Architecture, and Engineering to ensure that our Platform and Integration capabilities are scalable, secure, and aligned with business and customer needs. You will define the direction for shared platform services, drive standardization across products, and help shape a consistent approach to integrations, access management, and data handling. In this role, you will balance strategic platform development with practical delivery needs, enabling both high-volume production use cases and customer-specific integration scenarios.

What you'll do

• Define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for shared platform and integration capabilities.
• Translate business, customer, security, and compliance requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams to align shared platform decisions.
• Prioritize platform investments that increase reuse, reduce fragmentation, and improve time-to-integration across products.
• Establish common standards for API usability, access models, developer experience, and integration lifecycle management.
• Drive decisions on build vs. buy, integration patterns, and extensibility frameworks.
• Support customer-facing integration initiatives by coordinating requirements, dependencies, rollout plans, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor platform adoption, integration performance, reliability, and operational feedback to continuously improve the offering.
• Champion communication and stakeholder management for Platform and Integration, ensuring transparent and regular updates on product status, roadmap decisions and upcoming releases.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in technical B2B / enterprise software, platform, integration, API, or cloud-based products.
• Proven expertise in platform and integration domains, including APIs, gateways, identity and access management, data exchange, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architectures and the ability to translate complex technical dependencies into clear product requirements, prioritization decisions, and scalable platform strategies.
• Experience working with shared platform capabilities that support multiple products, teams, and customer scenarios in a consistent and reusable way.
• Experience managing integrations with internal systems, customer environments, and third-party enterprise platforms.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, GTM, Architecture, Engineering, Security, and customer-facing teams.
• Hands-on mindset: you are comfortable diving into APIs, technical concepts, specifications, customer integration scenarios, and operational details.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to balance strategic platform evolution with practical delivery needs.
• Business-fluent (C1) German and English, both written and spoken.
• This role is Munich-based and requires at least three days per week in the office.
