We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager - Tech to develop a JST tech development strategy and roadmap to support Amazon Business growth. You will manage overall product roadmap, develop requirements and technical solution for applications leveraging the emerging/GenAI technology. As a successful candidate, you will have experience deep diving new business areas, solving technical challenges, and influencing key partner teams to drive initiatives to completion. You have a strong bias toward data driven decision making, tech driven solution designing and an innate ability to understand how metrics relate to business problems and to each other. You have the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively with JP and WW stakeholders, including teams across software engineering, product management, accounting, finance, and retail businesses. You should be comfortable with an extremely high degree of ambiguity, can work across a wide cross section of stakeholders, and relish the idea of solving challenging problems. You will tackle novel, situations every day and given the size of this initiative, you'll have the opportunity to work with Amazon teams around the globe.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience in software development and delivery
- Experience working with engineering and product teams to define a product and bring it to market
- Experience in online sales or high-tech products/services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
