The Role

We're looking for a strategic, product-driven Senior Product Manager to lead our prepaid card issuing and B2B payments solutions (open & closed loop).

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, pre-sales, and delivery, owning the full lifecycle of prepaid card programs-from solution design and client acquisition through to launch and growth.

You'll act as the bridge between clients, commercial teams, and technology, ensuring successful prepaid card implementations and continuous product evolution.

Requirements
What You'll Do
Prepaid Card Solutioning & Pre-Sales

• Lead solution design for prepaid card issuing programs
• Translate client needs into scalable prepaid card and payments solutions
• Deliver demos and technical workshops (APIs, redemption, settlement, SLAs)
• Support commercial teams in closing deals and defining scope (SOWs)

Delivery & Go-Live (Prepaid Card Programs)

• Own the client journey from contract to go-live
• Oversee delivery across Program & Product teams
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Finance
• Ensure smooth launches with clear testing and readiness plans

Prepaid Card Product & Growth

• Feed client insights into the prepaid card product roadmap
• Track market trends, competitors, and regulations in prepaid cards and payments
• Partner with Engineering to build scalable prepaid card capabilities

Performance & Expansion

• Track key metrics: usage, transactions, uptime, SLAs
• Lead performance reviews and client satisfaction
• Drive growth opportunities across prepaid card programs

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Product, Solutions, or Project Management in prepaid cards, payments, or fintech
• Strong experience in prepaid card issuing, stored value, or B2B payments
• Proven ability in pre-sales and prepaid card solutioning
• Experience managing end-to-end prepaid card program lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• Strategic mindset with ability to shape product roadmap
• Experience in UAE/GCC prepaid card landscape is a plus
