We are currently recruiting a Senior Business Development Analyst to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the quality of connection studies for multiple new projects.
- Lead management and negotiation of connection contract subscriptions.
- Direct processes for obtaining construction and public space occupation licenses.
- Supervise and optimize meteorological measurement campaigns.
- Coordinate with property teams to identify and secure land for development.
- Assess and resolve technical constraints in project design and construction.
- Identify strategic opportunities for new connections and project development.
- Lead and validate initial feasibility studies for developing projects.
- Develop and review basic engineering and layouts for all assigned projects.
- Provide technical due diligence for possible project acquisitions.
- Support and mentor junior staff; perform additional tasks as required.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Civil, or related Engineering required.
- 6-8 years of experience in energy project development/construction (large-scale renewables preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of connection study methodologies, contractual procedures (STN, STR, SDL), and site evaluation.
- Skilled in Excel, Google Earth, and project management tools.
- Experience in negotiation, permitting, and technical documentation.
- Proven track record in fieldwork, measurement, and land management.
- Strong leadership, organization, and mentorship skills.
- Excellent analytical and technical judgement.
- Clear communicator and effective collaborator.
- High accountability and drive for continuous improvement.
