Description

• Monitor hotel safety ensure all areas (guest floors, back-of-house, loading dock, pool, etc.) are secure and compliant with hotel policies.
• Respond to incidents lead or coordinate responses to disturbances, medical emergencies, theft, suspicious activity, or guest concerns.
• Conduct regular patrols verify that officers are completing rounds and that all safety checkpoints are covered.
• Manage access control oversee key control, secure entrances, and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
• Supervise security officers assign posts, manage schedules, ensure proper coverage, and monitor performance.
• Train staff provide ongoing training on emergency procedures, guest interaction, report writing, and de-escalation.
• Coach and correct address performance issues, reinforce standards, and maintain professionalism across the team.
• Serve as the shift lead act as the point of contact for all security matters during assigned shifts.

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• 1-3 years of security experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
