Sales Support/Junior Account Manager Your New Company
Is well known for quality products and strong customer relationships. They pride ourselves on being a trusted name in the market. They are currently looking for the right person to join their well-established Sales and Accounts team.

Are you an ex-chef who is sick of the hours and looking for a change? PERFECT. Your New RoleIn this dynamic role, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working closely with sales staff and senior management, you will provide essential administrative support across multiple functions.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting sales staff with phone orders and entering them into the system
• Responding to customer enquiries relating to products and accounts
• Providing PA and administrative support to Senior Managers
• Visiting customers and learning about their needs
• Accurate and timely data entry
• Supporting general office operations as needed

What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will also have:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Driving license and own car to visit clients
• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach
