The Sales Operations Manager is the execution leader responsible for bringing structure, governance, and accountability to the full pursuit lifecycle. From Go/No-Go through launch readiness, this role ensures opportunities are qualified, documented, compliant, and transitioned with precision.
This is not a passive reporting role. This is a driver role. You will run the workflows. You will enforce deadlines. You will bring clarity to ambiguity. You will ensure commercial decisions are data-backed and execution-ready.

What You Will Own
Commercial Governance & Pursuit Discipline: You ensure we pursue the right work — the right way.
- Drive structured Go/No-Go and Gate Review processes
- Build and manage pursuit timelines with clear ownership and accountability
- Lead kickoff meetings and enforce milestone discipline
- Own RFP governance to ensure every submission is compliant, complete, and defensible
- Build and manage compliance matrices within the narrative
- Ensure every RFP requirement is fully addressed and traceable
- Partner with Pricing to validate assumptions and protect margin
- Eliminate ambiguity and reduce commercial risk through rigorous documentation
Pipeline Reporting & Forecast Discipline: You ensure leadership can trust the numbers.
- Establish and enforce pipeline reporting standards
- Run national pipeline review meetings with clear reporting and follow-up
- Maintain accurate, current opportunity data
- Deliver leadership-ready reporting that informs strategic decisions
- Own win/loss reporting and extract insights that improve performance
- Launch Readiness & Commercial Handoff: You protect execution after the deal is won.
Lead structured transition from Sales to Operations and from Acquisition to Integration
- Ensure all scope commitments, pricing assumptions, service levels, and contractual requirements are documented and understood
- Prevent post-award surprises through disciplined handoff processes
- Partner with local Operations to confirm launch readiness
- Commercial Infrastructure & Continuous Improvement: You turn complexity into repeatable systems.
Standardize pursuit workflows across subsidiaries
- Maintain process documentation libraries
- Identify process breakdowns and fix them
- Strengthen reporting visibility and decision-making rigor
- Support development of scalable commercial playbooks
- Future System Readiness
While a HubSpot CRM implementation is not imminent, you will help define pipeline stages, data standards, and reporting requirements that position AAAHI for future scalability.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Proposal Management, or similar execution-heavy role
- Demonstrated success managing complex RFP processes
- Strong experience validating pricing inputs and commercial assumptions
- Advanced project management capability across cross-functional teams
- High analytical rigor and comfort with data
- Exceptional organizational discipline
- Ability to push for accountability in a fast-moving environment
- Curiosity and experience with evolving AI tools

This is a hybrid-role with 3 days on-site in our Lakewood, CO office and two days off-site.
