Principal Accountabilities

• Follow make sheet to ensure head count is properly entered into fab floor
• Communicate with sales cooler to ensure we have correct supply
• Work with other employees to help ensure make sheet is followed

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Work in a cold environment 32-65 degrees
• Able to go up and down stairs
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more
• Able to work on 2nd shift
• Work in a fast pace environment
• 1 or more years of experience in production
• Basic understanding of computers
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
• Read, write and speak English
• Ability to understand a make sheet

Preferred qualifications

• High school degree or GED equivalent
• Experience reading and following a make sheet
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Bilingual (English, Spanish, Somali or Burmese)
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
