- Resident Services Coordinator
Description
The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering resident services and compliance measures that promote housing stability, self-sufficiency, and quality of life for residents of Princeton Housing Authority (PHA) properties and programs. A primary function of this position is to manage and administer annual and interim recertifications of PHA residents. This role works collaboratively with property management staff, residents, community partners, and service providers to connect households with supportive services, ensure program compliance, and enhance resident engagement. The position requires cultural competence, empathy, demonstrated experience in affordable housing environments, familiarity with public housing regulations, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with unwavering discretion and integrity. PHA-Web experience is a plus.
