About the Role:
We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next incredible team member!
This position reports to the SVP, People at our IncredibleBank Support Center location in Wausau, Wisconsin, and allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include:
- Coordinate and execute recruiting activities for primarily non-exempt roles across the bank, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and adherence to established workflows and standards to ensure an efficient, consistent hiring process.
- Monitor and manage the Careers inbox, providing timely responses and routing candidate inquiries in alignment with established recruiting practices to support a responsive and professional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidate progress, hiring activity, and next steps, and provide regular status updates to hiring managers to ensure visibility and keep hiring processes moving forward efficiently.
- Coordinate and support recruiting events and career fairs, including logistics, scheduling, and candidate follow-up to build a strong talent pipeline and strengthen the organization's presence in the market.
- Executes onboarding processes for new hires, track completion of required steps, and escalate issues or gaps as needed to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and ensure new employees are prepared for success.
- Provide administrative and operational support for People Team programs related to onboarding, engagement, and retention, following established priorities and direction to ensure consistent execution and effective program delivery.
This is a regular hourly non-exempt full-time position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm CST Monday through Friday.
This position will work on-site at our IncredibleBank branch location on 17th Avenue in Wausau, WI.

- 13 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition support, or HR coordination preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), UKG Ready, or learning management systems preferred.
- High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of transferrable related work experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to maintain workflow efficiency and meet business needs.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completion of recruiting and administrative processes.
- Interpersonal, planning and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence others and drive timely hiring outcomes.
- Process oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices to support consistent and scalable recruiting operations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment to maintain trust and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and execution-focused approach with a proactive, solution-orientated mindset to address challenges and support team success.
