In this role, you will drive project execution across esports events, branded campaigns, and media productions. You will manage projects from planning through delivery, making sure initiatives run smoothly and align with company goals and brand standards.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both live event operations and content production in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Project Planning & Execution
  
  • Define project scope, timelines, and milestones across events, content, and branded initiatives.
  • Manage execution from planning through delivery while maintaining alignment with brand requirements and business goals.
• Cross-Team Coordination
  
  • Work across Creative, Marketing, Talent, and Partnerships to align on timelines and deliverables.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination to keep projects moving and resolve blockers.
• Stakeholder & Partner Management
  
  • Work with clients, sponsors, vendors, and agencies to execute campaigns and events.
  • Maintain clear communication across all external partners throughout each project.
• Content & Media Production
  
  • Coordinate production workflows including planning, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Oversee execution across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Project Tracking & Reporting
  
  • Maintain timelines, trackers, and documentation across multiple projects.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks early, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Quality & Process Improvement
  
  • Review deliverables to confirm alignment with brand standards and expectations.
  • Identify workflow gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of experience in project management within esports, media, entertainment, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience working with both live events and content production workflows.
• Clear communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Trello, or Asana.
