Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to help maintain efficient day-to-day business functions. This role assists with reporting, data handling, communication, recordkeeping, and other support tasks that contribute to overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage, organize, and maintain operational data, records, and internal tracking systems to support daily business activities
• Run scheduled and ad hoc reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to support leadership, operations, and client needs
• Answer and manage dispatch phone calls, including occasional after-hours calls, and communicate information clearly and professionally to field and office personnel
• Track fleet vehicles, equipment, and company assets to ensure accurate records, availability, and accountability
• Order office, field, and operational supplies as needed while maintaining inventory and coordinating deliveries
• Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including data entry, document management, email communication, and other assigned support tasks
Qualifications
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ years of administrative, office support, dispatch, or operations support experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications required
• Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 811 utility locating knowledge is a plus
