We are hiring an E-commerce IT Project Coordinator to support digital commerce systems and operations for a leading international organization.

This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external teams to ensure the smooth operation of e-commerce platforms and support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage system incidents and operational issues
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Support system enhancements and new initiatives
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
• Maintain documentation and provide regular status updates

Requirements:

• Experience in IT support, operations, or project coordination
• Exposure to incident management tools (e.g. ticketing systems)
• Understanding of e-commerce or digital platforms
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• Experience in retail or digital commerce environments
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or enterprise systems
