Project Coordinator - CAE (Onsite)
Work Location:
Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech - Automobile/Mechanical
Requirement
- 8+ years of CAE experience in Automotive domain.
- Japanese Language - N2 & above Level/Business Level Communication
- English - Advanced level enabling good verbal and written communication.
- Good Knowledge of CAE modeling and Simulation.
- Good hands-on experience in CAE softwares like ANSA, Nastran and Abaqus.
- Good Exposure to Catia V5 & V6 or any other CAD tools with knowledge of PLM/PDM tools like Enovia
- Excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Coordinating project schedules, resource, equipment and information with customer and offshore team.
- Ensure flawless communication both with customer and offshore team in meeting customer requirements / KPI's.
- Act as the single point of contact and communicate project status to all relevant stakeholders.
- Accountable to ensure the offshore team is adequately utilized to their capacity.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality reviews.
- Capable of performing sanity review of all the deliverables received from offshore team before delivering to the customer.
- Participate in regular meetings with customer to update the status and performance of the team with respect to the customer KPI's.
