For Lufthansa Technik AG, we are seeking a dedicated Project Controls & Infrastructure Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the JEFAirS infrastructure project at the Hamburg site, starting as soon as possible.

This position is to be filled via temporary agency employment for the period from August 16, 2026, to December 31, 2028.

In this role, you will work directly on managing a major infrastructure project, supporting project management and specialist departments in ensuring successful implementation regarding schedules, costs, quality, and documentation.

Supporting project management for the JEFAirS infrastructure project
Ensuring project objectives are met regarding schedule, costs, and quality
Developing and maintaining project schedules using MS Project
Creating and maintaining cost plans and monitoring costs using MS Excel
Managing and tracking change requests
Supporting project reporting processes
Assisting project teams with issue identification and decision-making
Ensuring consistent and audit-proof project documentation
Preparing management presentations and project documentation
Handling organizational and administrative project tasks

Your Profile

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in project management, ideally in the construction or infrastructure sector
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
Ability to present complex information clearly and understandably
Structured and meticulous working style
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and interact confidently across various hierarchical levels
Fluent English skills (C1 level)
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
