About Owen Design
Owen Design Co. is a woman-owned, boutique visual design and branding agency founded in 2007. Our work is a fusion of thoughtfulness, creativity, and experience, backed by technical mastery and a culture of advocacy for our clients, partners, and team. We work side-by-side with marketing and industry experts to create award-winning brands, design, and experiences for businesses, associations, non-profits, and institutions.
Owen Design fosters a people-centric environment, with our clients and our team. We believe that a positive, supportive atmosphere clears the path to the best creative outcomes. We work hard for nice people, and we take our work much more seriously than we take ourselves. Our team is composed of passionate and talented individuals who bring diverse perspectives and expertise to every project while still skillfully emulating the vocal inflections of Beavis and Butt-Head and expressing themselves through iconic Simpsons’ one liners.
ALL ARE WELCOME HERE.
Keep Projects Moving and Clients Connected
We’re looking for a Project & Account Manager who makes clients feel well cared for and keeps creative work moving smoothly.
You’ll manage projects from initial planning through completion, taking ownership of schedules, budgets, coordination, and client communication — at times with all the glory of a Fast and Furious franchise installment. You’ll build friendly, trusted relationships, anticipate questions, and help clients understand what’s happening, what we need from them, and how their decisions affect the work.
You’ll report to the Director of Project Management and collaborate closely with our owner/creative director, and creative team. You’ll keep everyone connected to the creative brief and the problem we’re solving. You’ll bring organization, curiosity, and sound judgment to a small team where each person’s contribution matters.
Success in this role looks like: clients feel informed and supported. The team knows what is needed and why. Projects stay aligned with their goals, and budget or schedule concerns are addressed early.
Why Owen Design?
- Salary Range $60,000 - $65,000 a year, full-time
- Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
- A family-friendly, flexible remote work environment.
- A casual, supportive team atmosphere.
- An employer-matched SIMPLE IRA.[O3]
- Access to a coworking space for a change of scenery or when your home workspace is unavailable.
- Continued education opportunities.
- Plenty of appreciation for pets, bird sightings, and vacation photos.
