Job Title: Product Manager Mutual Funds & Specialized Investment Funds (SIF)
Location: Bangalore (Only Bengaluru candidate should apply)
Experience: 3 - 8 years (Mutual Funds / Wealth / Capital Markets)

The role requires a strong understanding of mutual fund and SIF products, regulatory frameworks, and market offerings, along with awareness of execution processes and operational workflows. The candidate will be responsible for the business growth of Mutual fund and SIF product category along with ensuring they are well-managed, and executed smoothly, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth
Support business teams in scaling mutual fund and SIF products
Coordinate with AMCs, distributors, and external partners for product onboarding and continuity
Product Support and Execution
Support mutual fund/SIF offerings across categories through research and product ideas
Ensure products are ready for distribution and ongoing business needs
Track Industry flows and identify fundamental and tactical opportunities across the products that can enable growth
Work closely with Tech and Operations team and support product related workflows including documentation, process notes, training needs etc.
Identify and resolve execution-related issues on an ongoing basis
Manage the revenue related workflows in collaboration with cross functional teams
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of Markets, Mutual fund/SIF products and market offerings
Awareness of execution processes and operational workflows across AMCs and RTAs
Business-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with Excel, trackers, and AMC or partner platforms
Ability to manage multiple workflows and meet timelines
Preferred Background
3 - 8 years of experience in Mutual Fund Products, Wealth Platforms and products, Capital Markets or Fund Distribution
MBA degree in finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields
