Description
Job Description:Main Accountabilities (duties, responsibilities):
- Design marketing strategy for Japanese market independently
- Develop and implement marketing strategic plan for one or more products
- Develop both printed and digital materials for HCPs and patients
- Tracking of products, market and competition
- Maintain and develop active relationships with KEEs and scientific societies through marketing activities incl. attending to main scientific meetings
- Management of promotional budget for marketing
- Forecasting orders of products
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Required Education/Qualifications/Skills:
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, prescription products, markets
- At least three years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Advance/Intermediate English communication skill, written/spoken
- People those who responsibly leads the change and challenges collaborating stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of urology and/or uro-oncology therapeutic areas is plus
- Sales experience in pharmaceutical industry is plus
- International experience would be an advantage
