Description

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Ride-Hailing SaaS platform, which serves both B2C and B2B markets.

This role involves managing our current operational product, while also driving the development of a next-generation, visionary platform that expands our capabilities and market reach.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the current product continues to deliver value, while shaping the future of mobility through strategic innovation.

Requirements

Key Responsiblities :

• Own and evolve the current ride-hailing product, ensuring stability, performance, and customer satisfaction across B2C and B2B users.
• Lead the vision and roadmap for the next-generation platform, aligning business goals and emerging market needs.
• Conduct deep market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Prioritize initiatives across both products based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Engage with B2B clients to understand operational needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs; iterate based on insights and feedback.
• Ensure scalability, compliance, and localization across different regions and customer segments.
