Product Manager Digital Solutions & Special Equipment (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Global Product Manager Digital Solutions & Special Equipment.

As Dynapac continues to expand its digital offering and strengthen its specialized product portfolio, your mission will be to shape, drive and streamline our global product landscape across digital solutions and selected special equipment.

This role is made for a field-driven person who enjoys being close to customers, machines and real job site applications. We are looking for someone who does not only manage products from behind a desk, but actively seeks customer contact, visits construction sites, talks to operators, understands real working conditions and translates practical feedback into strong product strategies and successful solutions.

You will manage digital solutions such as sensor systems, telematics, leveling technologies, third-party interfaces, and job-site management platforms. You will also be responsible for strategically important special machines and niche products, including Feeders, Spray Pavers, and future compaction applications.

Acting as the link between customers, sales, R&D, service, production, partners, and global product management, you will align market needs with product strategy.

You will report directly to the Head of Product Management.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and drive the global product roadmap for Digital Solutions & Special Equipment in line with Dynapac's strategy, market trends and customer needs
• Manage and further develop the portfolio of digital solutions, including sensor systems, telematics, leveling solutions, digital interfaces to third parties, job site management systems and related partner ecosystems
• Manage selected special equipment and niche products, such as feeders, the Protac spray paver and potential future special applications for paving and compaction
• Drive product development projects from feasibility to market launch in close cooperation with customers, sales, R&D, service, production facilities and external partners on a global basis
• Create business cases, Go-To-Market strategies, value propositions, training concepts and sales support material to grow the business and identify new revenue streams

Profil recherché

Experience Requirements & Knowledge

• University degree or equivalent qualification with relevant industry experience, preferably in the heavy construction equipment industry
• Good understanding of paving and/or compaction applications, products, customer requirements and market dynamics is meriting
• Knowledge of digital solutions such as telematics, sensor systems, leveling systems, machine control, digital interfaces or job site management solutions is a strong advantage
• Experience in product management, project management or business development in an international and customer-oriented environment
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages like German and / or Swedish are meriting
