Description

• Setting up umbrellas, loungers, and other pool furniture.
• Ensuring that the swimming pools, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe.
• Ensure towels stations are stocked.
• Welcoming guests and ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Providing guests with towels, shade, and attending to their requests.
• Clearing used towels, glasses and trash.
• Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the resort.
• Reporting any damages or incidents to Management.
• Managing the pool attendants, cleaning schedule and performing daily inspections.

• One year of prior experience in hospitality or pool services.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a passion for service.
• Must pass a drug test and background check

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.

• Outdoors approximately 75% of the shift, indoors 25%.
• Continuous standing and walking required; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and work in varied weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license required; occasional driving on property.
• Must be comfortable with radio and phone communication, computer systems, and minor equipment handling.
• Must follow safety protocols and use MSDS for handling chemicals when necessary.
