This is a key professional role where you'll help keep plant operations running smoothly while working closely with leadership, internal teams, and external partners.

What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate all administrative and clerical functions for the plant
- Prepare and manage business documents including quotes, reports, and correspondence
- Serve as a key point of contact between the plant, corporate teams, and external partners
- Oversee daily administrative processes such as credit applications, cash sales, and account management
- Compile reports, reconcile data, and maintain accurate operational records
- Support leadership with research, data analysis, and special projects
- Help interpret and apply company policies and procedures with sound judgment
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical field, or related experience
- 2+ years of administrative or office management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in office systems and general administrative processes
