We are assisting one of our members looking for an organized, energetic Office, Sales & Marketing Manager to support operations and help serve customers with excellence. About the Role
This is a Part Time, 1099, handson, versatile position supporting office operations, sales processes, and marketing tasks. You’ll organize digital assets, maintain CRM and sales tools, support trade show prep, and help keep our office running smoothly. You’ll also play a key role in sharing the stories behind our ethically sourced coffees.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Organize digital photos and marketing assets
- Assist with trade show materials and promotional items
- Make routine website updates (spot coffee list, newsletters, blog links)
- Light Mailchimp and social media support
Sales Support
- Update Zoho CRM
- Assist with pricing sheets and profitability tracking
- Build and maintain sales tracking spreadsheets
- Support cupping reports and special sales projects
Office & Operations
- Schedule meetings and occasional translator coordination
- Maintain office organization and filing systems
- Research and follow through on purchasing needs
- Improve processes and support a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine interest in coffee
- Commitment to ethical business practices
- 3–5 years office management experience (preferred)
- 3–5 years specialty coffee experience (preferred)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office + Google Drive
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Experience creating office systems and managing projects
- Bonus: international travel, especially to coffeegrowing regions
