Description
Neurofeedback Training Co. is hiring for a part-time role supporting our in-office and home neurofeedback programs, and outreach.
This role is best for a mature, organized, people-oriented mental health professional or MHC graduate who is interested in neurofeedback, client support, and helping grow a local in-office program.
Prior neurofeedback experience is not required. We can train the right person. We are hiring for maturity, interpersonal skill, organization, follow-through, and willingness to help grow the in-office program.

This is not a traditional psychotherapy caseload. Psychotherapy hours may develop over time if appropriate. Some clients transition from neurofeedback to psychotherapy, but the current role is primarily focused on neurofeedback program support, client communication, home program administration, in-office neurofeedback sessions and networking to build referrals.
About Neurofeedback Training Co.
Neurofeedback Training Co. is a small, established neurofeedback practice with 25 years of private-practice experience and 15 years offering professional neurofeedback services and home neurofeedback programs across the U.S. We provide in-office neurofeedback in Union Square and support clients using professional home neurofeedback systems around the country.
About the Role
The position is approximately 20 hours/week.
At this stage, the role includes:
Approximately 16 hours/week of home neurofeedback program support
Approximately 4-6 hours/week of in-office neurofeedback in Union Square
A major goal of this position is to help grow the Union Square in-office neurofeedback schedule to approximately 10+ hours/week through excellent client care, follow-up, outreach, and local referral-building.
This role may be especially well suited for:
A mature therapist with a small private practice who wants to supplement their work
A highly motivated MHC graduate accumulating hours toward licensure
A clinically minded professional who enjoys client support, program coordination, and practice growth
Key Responsibilities
In-Office Neurofeedback
Provide in-office neurofeedback sessions in Union Square
Conduct client check-ins before and after sessions
Client education
Track client progress, questions, and follow-up needs
Home Program Support
Support home neurofeedback clients through phone, Zoom, and email
Conduct client check-ins and help clients stay engaged with the program
Assist with scheduling, onboarding, follow-up, and program communication through CRM program Hubspot
Coordinate with the team around equipment, logistics, client needs, and next steps through Slack
Help ensure clients have a positive experience
Referral-Building and Practice Growth
Help grow the Union Square in-office neurofeedback schedule
Build relationships with local referral sources, including therapists, psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, pediatric providers, schools, wellness professionals, and other relevant professionals
Participate in outreach to potential referral partners
Follow up consistently with professional contacts
Track outreach efforts and referral conversations
Help identify local opportunities for talks, introductions, collaborations, or referral partnerships
Represent the practice professionally and clearly in conversations with prospective clients and referral sources
Schedule and Compensation
The role is part-time, approximately 20 hours/week. It can grow to full time if that is of interest.
Pay range: $35–$48/hour, depending on experience, licensure, and responsibilities. Higher pay for psychotherapy sessions.
The position is hybrid, with required in-office hours in Union Square.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
Graduate training in mental health counseling,
MHC graduates welcome
Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
Excellent organization and follow-through
Clear written and verbal communication
Comfort speaking with clients and prospective clients by phone or Zoom
Comfort working in person in Union Square
Interest in neurofeedback and nervous-system regulation
Willingness to actively participate in local referral-building and practice growth
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Maturity, reliability, and good judgment
This Role Is Probably Not a Fit If You:
Want only a psychotherapy caseload
Want only remote work
Are uncomfortable with outreach or networking
Dislike administrative follow-through
Do not enjoy speaking with prospective clients
Prefer to have all clients handed to you
Are looking only for a short-term side job
