JOB DESCRIPTION
The Membership Services and Meetings Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination of membership services and supports the Association’s governance and meetings activities, including conferences and special programs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Coordinate membership services, including member onboarding and offboarding, record maintenance, dues related support, and serving as a key point of contact to ensure a positive and responsive member experience.
-Coordinate the annual House of Delegates, providing administrative and logistical support, managing timelines and materials, and assisting with communications to ensure effective planning and execution.
-Manage the annual volunteer committee appointment process, including tracking nominations, preparing appointment materials, coordinating timelines, and supporting leadership and staff throughout the process.
- Provide support for conference set up and planning, including registration coordination, materials preparation, onsite assistance, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
-Provide timely customer service, communications, and member support, responding to member inquiries, coordinating follow up, and ensuring accurate and professional information is delivered across multiple channels.
Requirements
-Demonstrated administrative experience with the ability to coordinate and manage processes from start to finish.
-Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
-Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use internal database platforms.
- Ability to research and resolve membership issues and accounts receivable discrepancies.
-Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
-Demonstrates initiative to organize, coordinate and improve day-to-day activities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
-Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, members, and external partners.
-This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities during peak seasons.
