Be part of a team that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous growth.As a Managing Writer and Editor in the Product and Content Marketing team, you will work closely with the business, subject matter experts, and marketing colleagues to develop content in a variety of formats and levels of sophistication-from basic educational materials to in-depth articles. You will create impactful messaging across markets, thought leadership, investment strategies, and product solutions, engaging audiences that include institutions, intermediaries, financial advisors, and end investors throughout APAC.
You will leverage your investment writing and editorial expertise, as well as the insights of subject matter experts, to ensure every piece of content is on-brand, relevant, differentiated, thought-provoking, and actionable. You will take initiative to provide solutions that meet compliance requirements and align with firm priorities. You bring a solid understanding of the industry, products, and client needs, and use objective analysis and logical evaluation to craft effective and engaging messaging. Your exceptional writing and content marketing skills, combined with a strong desire to continuously evolve and elevate content, will help promote visibility and drive positive business impact.
Job responsibilities
- Develop strategic content marketing initiatives for APAC, with a greater focus on Taiwan, including brand copy, investment commentaries, and product collateral (Active ETFs, mutual funds).
- Lead the promotion of product diversification and showcase investment and active management capabilities for APAC
- Analyze market and industry trends to strengthen our brand, promote insights, acquire new clients, and enhance client engagement
- Drive content and product strategy through visibility, engagement, and business impact, supporting various markets as needed
- Deliver thought leadership, investment strategies, and product solutions across offline and online communication channels
- Benchmark peer and competitor strategies to enhance content quality and delivery using data-driven approaches
- Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, adapting to changing regulations and guidelines
- Pilot new ideas to create positive impact and drive innovative marketing initiatives
- Optimize product content formats and messaging across client segments and channels, including mobile, social platforms, paid media, search engines, and generative AI
- Contribute to strategic marketing priorities by leveraging resources and streamlining processes
- Coordinate editorial projects with multiple departments, managing timelines and production processes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, journalism, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years' experience in investment or financial writing.
- Strong understanding of financial, economic, and investment concepts, asset management products, and client behavior
- Superior writing and editorial skills in Chinese and English
- Proven ability to turn complex financial topics into compelling stories for diverse audiences
- Strong interviewing skills and ability to synthesize multiple viewpoints into marketing and educational content
- Ability to secure meetings with subject matter experts and deliver high-quality content under tight timelines
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Process-driven and attentive to detail, with experience managing content production
- Digital and social media savvy, with experience using data-driven approaches to drive content engagement
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts across teams and markets
- Passion for creating client-engaging content and evaluating content impact for continuous improvement
- Flexible and comfortable navigating ambiguity, able to adapt quickly while managing multiple priorities
- High level of independence, positive energy, and respect for diverse opinions and styles
- Experience piloting innovative marketing strategies and optimizing content formats
