Marketing
Hang Seng's Marketing function is responsible for formulating marketing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives to build the brand of Hang Seng Bank, acquire new customers, strengthen customer loyalty to build long term relationships, and provide professional marketing support to different businesses to promote a comprehensive suite of products and services offered by the Bank.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our department as Manager, Marketing Planning and Governance.
Principal responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for Marketing governance and controls, providing guidance on approvals, documentation, risk/compliance requirements and control adherence.
- Champion cost management and financial planning (FRP), partnering with Finance and Marketing leads to support planning, forecasting and spend discipline.
- Prepare regular management reporting and insights to support business planning and leadership decision-making (e.g., budget utilisation, variances, key risks/issues).
- Ensure data integrity, internal controls and compliance with internal and external reporting requirements, in line with Group policies and governance standards.
- Support third-party/agency management and governance to control and mitigate third-party risk.
- Provide general administrative and team operations support, including coordination of townhalls and staff engagement activities.
- University degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years' experience in Banking, Marketing and/or Risk Management. Expenses management/Compliance/Corporate Governance experience is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly organized and comfortable managing complex topics.
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, fast learner, able to work independently under pressure.
- Strong ownership mindset and service orientation.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Advanced Excel skills is a must; dashboarding/reporting experience is a plus.
