About the job Localization Project Coordinator (Hybrid)

We are looking for a project coordinator to support daily project operations by managing tasks, ensuring quality, and maintaining client communication.

Responsibilities:

• Accept, run, and submit tasks daily, ensuring adherence to project
  
  timelines and client expectations.
• Oversee project quality assurance by coordinating with linguists and promptly addressing feedback to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Create new projects in the project management system (Raspberry) as required
• Manage and close purchase orders (POs) for each submitted task to ensure proper documentation and billing.
• Respond to client emails promptly, ensuring efficient communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in software and tools; fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
