Requirements

DATA ENTRY:

• Manage Master Data process in PDM/PLM/SAP systems, entering and updating product attributes to maintain system and reporting accuracy.
• Set up styles and maintain records
• Execute pricing updates and segmentation workflows
• Complete markdown input and generation tasks
• Pull reports and prepare documentation

SYSTEMS AND TOOLS PROFICIENCY:

• SharePoint
• PLM/PDM/SAP
• MicroStrategy, + plus
• Microsoft Office Suite; Excel & PowerPoint
• Additional asset-management or reporting tools

SAMPLE MANAGEMENT:

• Maintain and organize sample closets and drawers
• Coordinate seasonal rotations
• Track and manage loaned samples

DAILY ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

• Provide administrative support to the Licensing Creative and Commercial Teams
• Support scheduling, file management, communication, and documentation tasks
• Report pulling and formatting
