Lead Clinical Supervisor (LMFT/LCSW) – URGENTLY HIRING!
Location: Stockton, CA (Hybrid – 1 day remote)
Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt
Salary Range: $95,000 – $100,000 annually
Hiring & Retention Bonus: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus
(Paid 50% at 1 month and 50% at 6 months)
The base salary range for this position is $95,000 – $100,000 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region. Candidates hired in Southern California or Bay Area locations may have higher starting salaries due to cost of living and market data differences. Factors that may be used to determine your actual starting salary may include your education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, the market data for your work location, and internal comparison to other employees who hold a similar role.

The Role
We are seeking a Lead Clinical Supervisor (LMFT or LCSW) to guide and support a team of pre-licensed clinicians serving children and families across the Stockton region.
This is more than a therapy role it’s a hands-on leadership position where you will:
Drive clinical quality and outcomes
Mentor and develop emerging clinicians
Lead high-impact behavioral health programs
In this role, you will provide BBS-required supervision, oversee documentation and clinical outcomes, and collaborate with community partners to ensure coordinated, trauma-informed care. You’ll play a key role in strengthening programs such as WRAP, FSP, and IFCCS, while helping clinicians grow into confident, effective providers.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Supervision: Weekly BBSrequired individual and group supervision for ASWs and AMFTs.
Clinical Excellence: Oversee treatment plans and documentation to meet MediCal and county standards.
Team Leadership: Manage caseload assignments, track productivity, and support grievance resolution.
EvidenceBased Oversight: Guide staff in CBT, DBT, Triple P Parenting, Seeking Safety, and more.
Community Linkage: Collaborate with DMH, DCFS, and participate in MDT meetings.

Requirements
Licensed Professional: Valid CA LCSW or LMFT for at least 2 years.
Experienced Leader: Minimum 2 years in a clinical leadership or supervisory role.
Skilled Clinician: Strong knowledge of diagnostic methods and clinical practice standards.
Clinical Experience: Oversee treatment plans and documentation to meet Medi-Cal and county standards
