The Recipe for Success: Role Summary
As part of Le Creuset's Marketing team, you'll help bring our iconic brand to life through compelling campaigns, storytelling, and customer engagement. From digital strategy to in-store experiences, you'll play a key role in connecting people to our products and heritage. This role blends creativity with data-driven thinking, perfect for someone who's passionate about colour, craft, and building meaningful connections with customers around the world.
We are seeking a analytical and commercially driven Product Manager to lead portfolio planning, assortment strategy, and merchandising execution for Le Creuset Korea.

Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and the ability to influence stakeholders across Global, Regional, and Local teams within a highly matrixed organization.
Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

- Lead seasonal assortment planning and product selection for the Korean market by balancing consumer demand, commercial opportunities, and global portfolio priorities.
- Develop accurate demand forecasts through analysis of historical sales performance, inventory productivity, market trends, and channel insights.
- Partner with Global HQ and Regional Supply Chain teams to secure optimal product allocation and inventory levels for the Korean business.
- Manage product lifecycle execution from purchasing and allocation planning through market launch and replenishment activities.
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve product availability, sell-through, and inventory productivity.
- Channel Strategy & Portfolio Optimization
- Develop channel-specific assortment and allocation strategies across department stores, retail boutiques, outlet channels, and e-commerce platforms.
- Define product tiering and distribution strategies that align with channel roles, customer behaviors, and commercial objectives.
- Optimize portfolio productivity through strategic SKU planning, category analysis, and performance-based assortment decisions.
- Maximize sales and profitability while protecting the premium positioning and exclusivity of the Le Creuset brand.
- Continuously evaluate channel performance and adjust assortment strategies based on consumer demand and business results.
- Merchandising & Retail Excellence
- Translate global product strategies into locally relevant merchandising plans across retail and digital channels.
- Partner with Retail teams to develop category presentation guidelines, product placement strategies, and assortment architecture that elevate consumer experience and drive conversion.
- Ensure commercial execution across all points of sale through effective merchandising principles and category management.
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and commercial activations through coordinated merchandising plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve category visibility, sales productivity, and overall retail performance.
- Market Intelligence & Business Planning
- Leverage consumer insights, market trends, competitor analysis, and retail performance data to refine category and assortment strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews covering key metrics including sales, sell-through, inventory turnover, stock health, and gross margin performance.
- Transform complex business data into actionable recommendations and strategic commercial plans.
- Develop business cases to support product investments, special allocations, and growth opportunities for the Korean market.
- Cross-Functional & Global Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key commercial partner between Le Creuset Korea and Global/Regional stakeholders on assortment planning, forecasting, category performance, and commercial opportunities.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and commercially sound recommendations.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure successful execution of global product strategies within local market requirements and business objectives.
