You will act as the bridge between complex scientific needs and IT architecture, ensuring our ecosystem is not just compliant, but a driver of innovation and data intelligence. You are responsible for understanding the "Why" behind every request and architecting solutions that solve the root cause, bring benefits and scalability across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Quality Management digital products.
• Partner with business leaders to dissect complex problems and transform business processes.
• Manage the full product lifecycle-from ideation, prototyping, validation, to launch and post-implementation review to maximize business value and ROI
• Ensure that all PLM Systems and data workflows meet compliance standards
• Oversee integration of digital tools with other enterprise systems (ERP, QMS, MES, LIMS etc.).
• Define KPIs and success metrics to track product performance and user satisfaction.
• Propose digital transformation solutions and design architechture that can shorten development cycles and improve decision-making in the PLM pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT product manager, business analysis, or digital transformation.
• Experience using Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with R&D and manufacturing platforms such as ERP, QMS, PLM, LIMS, ELN, MES. Experience in Data Modeling, Master Data Management.
• Knowledge of system integration with ERP, QMS, PLM is a plus
• Understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and data governance practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex scientific processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional settings.
• Agile mindset, able to work in iterative development cycles and manage changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to compliance, quality, and data integrity
