• Own account development based on a deep understanding of clients' KPIs.
• Work with operators to understand their business objectives and customize AGS offering to build value in a meaningful and tactical way.
• Develop and implement marketing strategy to build momentum with AGS products.
• Manage the day-to-day business of clients, including operator roadmaps, creative delivery, reporting, optimizations, and insights that drive ROI.
• Analyze operator sites utilizing in-house data to make insightful recommendations that support business objectives.
• Understand AGS product placement and have an ability to advise clients on optimal product placement strategy leveraging data to determine results.
• Work cross-functionally with game development, marketing, customer service and commercial to deliver best-in-class partnerships.
• Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and other materials to communicate the value proposition of AGS products and services to clients.
• Meet with operators on a regular basis to execute business strategy, implement improvements for streamlined process, and build relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including resolving customer issues and providing ongoing support and education.
• Plan and execute high level initiatives that align AGS products with operator business objectives.
• Share industry insights with clients, staying up-to-date on trends, and becoming a trusted advisor for clients.
• Attend relevant conferences and events to meet with clients and provide meaningful touch points. Additionally, attend relevant trainings with a commitment to building excellence and value for AGS.

• Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts, including developing and implementing account plans, managing pipelines, and closing deals
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of account management experience in the interactive gambling industry (preferred)
