Now Hiring: Inside Sales Pro at Hug Hydronics

Do you have the gift of gab and the patience to explain what a manifold is... more than once? Hug Hydronics is looking for a people-person who loves helping customers bring their DIY in-floor heating dreams to life.

We're not your average sales gig-our team is small, scrappy, and passionate about making hydronics simple (and fun) for shops, garages, and homes across North America.

Rate: $18-$20 per hour with the opportunity to earn 50% or more with uncapped commission plan

What You'll Do:
Chat with homeowners, contractors, and DIYers about their in-floor heat projects.
Help them find the right Hug Hydronics system (and sometimes explain why PEX isn't just a dog's name).
Follow up with leads, quotes, and curious customers who need that extra nudge.
Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of Hug Hydronics over phone, email, and web.
Celebrate every closed sale like you just hit a three-pointer at the buzzer.

What We're Looking For:
Someone who loves talking with people and making technical things simple.
Sales or customer service experience (bonus points if you know what BTUs are).
Comfortable with phones, email, and CRM systems (or willing to learn).
A sense of humor-you'll need it when a customer says, "So, do I just pour the concrete over it?"
