- Industry Relations Coordinator
Description
International market development organization, based in Washington, D.C., seeks an industry relations coordinator to join its team. This role provides support to and serves as a liaison for the industry relations department and its overall administrative needs. In addition, this position is responsible for planning and preparation for ongoing and future projects. This position is based in Washington, D.C.
- Assist in meeting planning and implementation as well as other activities that promote more active participation by all members. This includes participation on planning committees and production/editing of collateral materials, ensuring accurate signage, displays, presentations and promotional items. Meeting preparation includes ordering supplies, creating shipment, producing signs and producing tent cards.
- Maintain current, accurate database records and create reports, including record keeping for trade teams visiting member checkoff states. Maintain data integrity of member records and list serves. Input meeting registration for annual meetings, as needed, process payments for department activities and vendors.
- Maintain membership section of USGBC website and directory. Develop and maintain member event websites. Responsible for oversight of and updates to the meeting app. Conduct bi-annual membership satisfaction survey.
- Prepare for in-house member visits. Responsible for electronic monitoring and quality for member webinars and member conference calls.

Requirements
The minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Prior relevant work experience in a membership organization is desired. Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office is required. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
