Requirements

1. Strong experience in equity derivatives (options preferred)
2. Background in BA/PM or Product roles within trading environments
3. Understanding of pricing, risk, and execution workflows
4. Ability to work directly with Portfolio Managers and trading desks
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
