Description

1. Develop and execute the Group's healthcare growth strategy, with an initial focus on Indonesia.
2. Identify, originate and evaluate investment, acquisition and strategic partnership opportunities across the healthcare sector.
3. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare operators, medical professionals, business partners and industry stakeholders.
4. Evaluate market opportunities, business models and commercial viability to support investment and expansion decisions.
5. Drive new business initiatives, strategic partnerships and market entry strategies across targeted healthcare segments.
6. Work closely with internal investment and business teams to execute strategic healthcare initiatives.

1. Degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
2. Proven experience in healthcare investments, corporate development, strategy, business development or venture building.
3. Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including healthcare providers, life sciences, medical technology and healthcare services.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
5. Established regional healthcare network, particularly in Indonesia, would be advantageous.
6. Willingness to travel frequently within the region
