Description
Leads the end-to-end implementation of ADP, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
Serves as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for ADP.
Establishes system governance, data standards, and security protocols.
Partners with IT, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Manages system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
Evaluates and improves HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Identifies and implements automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Supports implementation and integration of additional HR technologies as needed.
Develops and maintains HR dashboards, metrics, and reports,
Provides workforce analytics (e.g., turnover, headcount, vacancies, and DEI metrics).
Ensures data accuracy for regulatory reporting (e.g., EEO-1, CA Pay Data, ACA).
Administers compensation and benefits programs through HRIS, ensuring accurate and timeliness.
Configures and maintains benefit plans in ADP, including open enrollment setup and execution.
Processes and audits employee changes impacting compensation and benefits.
Maintains compensation data, including pay rates and job structures.
Supports compensation cycles through system configuration and reporting.
Ensures data accuracy impacting payroll.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum five years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles and demonstrated experience leading or supporting HRIS implementations, preferably ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms.
Experience in healthcare, multi-site organization and working cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and external vendors preferred.
