Position Overview

Our client, a premier alternative investment manager, is seeking a Fund Sales in Hong Kong. This high-impact role focuses on leading institutional business development and driving capital growth for the firm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Capital Raising: Lead and execute fundraising campaigns targeting pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and family offices.
2. LP Relationship Management: Build and nurture high-value institutional LP relationships to deliver long-term capital commitments.
3. Product Pitching: Effectively articulate complex private market strategies-including direct lending, distressed debt, mezzanine, and specialty finance-to institutional investors.
4. RFP & Collateral Ownership: Partner with Portfolio Managers to develop technical pitchbooks and deliver specialized RFP responses.

Key Requirements

1. 7+ years of experience in a fund sales / institutional sales / investor relations role in the asset management or alternative investment industry.
2. Demonstrated history of securing major institutional capital allocations.
3. Deep, active network of LP decision-makers across Hong Kong and the broader region.
4. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandairn)
