Description
Plantation Lakes Golf Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This leadership role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to support and guide front-of-house staff in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest service
- Lead by example in professionalism, teamwork, and communication
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and development
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow
- Handle closing duties as assigned
- Enforce company policies and procedures consistently
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience required; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
