Job title: Food Service Floor Coordinator
Duties: Work with front-of-house team members during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to service standards, guest satisfaction protocols, and cleanliness procedures throughout the dining floor. Coordinate table assignments and floor rotations, adjusting seating plans based on reservations, walk-ins, and special requests to ensure efficient guest flow and minimum wait times. Monitor dining area operations in real time, identifying and resolving service bottlenecks, guest complaints, or operational delays without escalation to upper management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards through regular floor inspections and corrective actions as needed, including documentation of incidents or deviations. Assist with shift-end reconciliation tasks such as tip pooling, POS closing reports, and documenting any discrepancies, guest feedback, or operational notes for the next shift.
Requirements: 36 months of experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant coordinator or related role
Salary: $110,302 per year
